  • We currently ship only within India.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or above certain order values (if applicable, details will be mentioned on the store).

Delivery Timelines
  • Standard delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Express delivery (where available): 2–4 business days.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods (festivals, sales, etc.).

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package in real time.

Delays & Exceptions

  • In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@donbaraa.com within 8 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
