We currently ship only within India.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be available during promotions or above certain order values (if applicable, details will be mentioned on the store).

Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery: 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Express delivery (where available): 2–4 business days.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not liable for delays beyond our control, such as courier disruptions, natural events, or strikes.
In rare cases, if an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@donbaraa.com within 8 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
